1. The Ward Executive Committee shall meet at least once a month;
2. The quorum for the Executive Committee meeting shall be seven (7) members of the Executive Committee; (Bfsm. Conv.29-31.07.93).

The Ward Executive Committee shall meet to transact any/or all the following business; (Bfsm. Conv.29-31.07.93)

1. Identify main issues (political, economic, social, etc.) of concern in the Ward;
2. Fundraising for the party and candidates;
3. Membership drive and the education of voters;
4. Draw up strategies for political campaigns;
5. Mobilisation of voters at election time;
6. General Administration of the Ward;
7. Putting into effect decisions of the Ward Assembly;
8. Prepare monthly reports for the Electoral District. (Buea Conv. 29-31.7.93)

1. The Ward Assembly shall consist of registered members of the Party in the Ward;
2. The Ward Assembly shall be held quarterly:
3. The quorum shall be one-fifth (1/5) of the registered members in the Ward.

The Ward Assembly shall be held to transact any of/or all the following business:

1. Approve the budget for the Ward;
2. Select members for local council election;
3. Elect members of the Ward Executive Committee;
4. Elect Ward delegates to Party Conferences;
5. Receive reports of the officers of the Ward;
6. Receive external Auditor’s report;
7. Any other business tabled by registered members.
